I just placed an order. How long will my photos/video take?

After an order is placed, I will contact you through Discord ASAP. After a replay file is sent by you, I usually take around 1-2 days to complete an order. (Videos will take around 2-4 days, depending on the length chosen)

How do you process your orders?

Once I have contacted you and a replay file has been sent, I will take the photos and then send back “preview” pictures via Discord. These will be pictures that have my watermark on them. This is your opportunity to ask for any changes to each image if there’s something you don’t like. I will then retake the pictures according to your description, and once you have what you desire, you shall receive the un-watermarked images. (This allows you to take creative liberty with your photos!)

Can you also create videos?

Yes! This has been in the works for some time now; I have previously made videos including the Sebring 12hr Highlight video, and livery reveals for Altus Esports, Falken Sim Racing and Owen Caryl. And now, you too can have your own custom video made by ordering one here!

I am hosting a league/endurance race. Could you take photos for us?

Of course! If you are hosting events such as leagues, or long endurance races, please contact me here. Please notify me at least 2 weeks before the event/start of the league.

I change my mind… could I get a refund?

I am able to refund any order made. However, I am not able to refund an order after the un-watermarked pictures are sent.
